This and your comment about search ranking beg the question whether or 
not drupal.org is prepared to handle the extra volume of content. Not in 
terms of hardware (we know this won't be a problem anymore :). But 
drupal.org already suffers from having so many posts that it's very 
difficult to find useful information. I think your comment about 
enabling freetagging is right on as one way to help make this extra 
information more useful, but I personally feel that if there are to be 
blog accounts, it might be better to have them on a subdomain.

Is there one now about forum posts? I think we could assume that people 
would understand this.
