[drupal-docs] Drupal Drops Newsletter Sponsorship Program

if we really want to sell ads, some stats/reporting would be important 
as well-- open rates, clickthrough rates, etc.   In the spirit of 
community, it'd be great to publish the stats publicly (and make that 
part of the deal for advertisers) so that prospective advertisers can 
see which ads worked well in terms of clickthrough rates, and which 
didn't, so they can learn from that.   Archiving all ads and their 
associated stats would be nice.
