[drupal-docs] [marketing] Press and Marketing Tasks

OK, we need to focus on Drupal Strenghts, we need to have people "see 
them-selves using drupal". Also, we should either make two pamphlets for 
devs and users, or make it a middle-of-the-road style.

Who will cordinate this marketing effort?
