I would agree. A feature list is not the most rhetorically effective way 
of targeting your audience. I'm not trying to say that your document is 
not useful; merely that if you can determine what problems Drupal solves 
for artists, and then pitch to that need with the features contexualized 
within that argument, your document will be much more effective.

An easy way to find those arguments might be to search the Drupal sites 
list and see what artists are using Drupal and find out from them what 
their motiviations were for using Drupal.
