'Newsletter advertising'.

Drops'?  I can't get used to the 'Drops' in 'Drupal Drops'.  And when  
you say 'Drupal Drops Newsletter', 'Drops' seems 100% redundant.

- I think the page should start by explaining we have a newsletter,  
and what the newsletter is about.  It should also include a link to  
the newsletter archives so people can read up on the archives,  
subscribe or look for example ads.

- Please read the book/style guidelines and update your post  
accordingly: use <ul><li></li></ul> for itemized lists, don't  
capitalize words (eg. Drupal Project -> Drupal project).

- I wouldn't use 'newsletter-owner at drupal.org'.  Can't you point them  
to the contact form instead?
