[drupal-docs] Drupal Drops Newsletter Sponsorship Program

I was confused when I saw "Drupal Drops Sponsorship Program" -- I 
thought "Why did they drop it?" Also, IMHO, "newsletter" sounds so ... 
small.

I thought of some other possible newsletter names:

The Drupal Post
The Drupal News
Druplication
Eye on Drupal

Anyway, just some thoughts from me.
