[drupal-docs] [marketing] An intesting dicussion in the forums

I've suggested before that the entire "About Drupal" section needs to be
guided by a marketing approach. After all, that's the main function of
this section of the handbook: as an introduction for people new to
Drupal. More ideas here for a restructuring of that section:

As for the title, "Is Drupal Right For You?," it is not the best choice.
We want to pitch why Drupal is right for them and sell them on our
message, not encourage them to read all of our marketing materials in
the section with that question in mind. In other words, subliminally,
the title puts the reader in a decision making mode. For a reader who
has already almost decided on Drupal but is reading the section to learn
more, it reintroduces that question. For anyone reading the section, it
suggests that they should read that section with that question at the
top of their mind. Instead, we want readers to read that section with
our main message in mind and be convinced, because of that section, that
Drupal is right for them.
