I know that it will not be possible to in many instances to 
"unanimously" agree on implementations for documentation projects. But 
we will be following a proposal/spec workflow so that documentation 
efforts can do their best to get feedback before a project is underway. 
The project spec that evolves from the proposal will try to implement 
the best solution which takes into account voiced concerns. And I 
suspect, that in doing so, the implementation of the project will not 
only be amenable to more people, but also better than the original.
