[drupal-docs] use of term "how to" or "howto" in handbook howto's

I'm doing some cleaning up to the old pages in the modules and features 
section of the handbook. Some of the sub pages are good howto's:

Two questions

1) Should we use the term "howto" in the titles of howto's? Even though 
it will be a littel repetitive, it will make them much more easily 
searchable through Drupal. So for instance, the title of the post above 
would be "Howto create forum containers."

2) Use the term "howto" or "how to?" The advantage of "howto" is that it 
will decrease the number of hits in a Drupal site search.

Any thoughts? I'll update the authoring guides appropriately depending 
on what we dedide.
