[drupal-docs] use of term "how to" or "howto" in handbook howto's

I'd love to see all of these collected in a separate section.

I'd also vote for "Howto" or "How-to" (as a noun, to be
preferred over the verbal form "How to").   I see both
Howto and How-to in diverse contexts from Home Renovation
to Extreme Makeover (make sure you don't get your how-to's
mixed up ;) so I think eether/i-ther has become part of standard
usage.
