[drupal-docs] [task] Creation of a new marketing leaflet / brochure / pamphlet

Drupal documentation project teams should make use of drupal.org 
resources. This has already been decided and is not likely to change 
since both Dries and I agree on this. If we could use better 
functionality for documentation construction, then we should work on 
improving what Drupal features.

As it is, the marketing team could create a collaborative book page in 
their section of the handbook and use that as a space to gain feedback 
rather than moving to a wiki somewhere else.
