I followed along and did some edits. Please use a horizontal rule  
(----) to designate a notes section at the bottom, and please sign  
your notes with YourName (e.g. BorisMann).

Except we get RSS which notifies us of new/updated pages: http://

If we had that, alone, for book.module, it would make collaborative  
editing a lot easier. Which could be accomplished by
1. per-node-type tracker (e.g. tracker/book)
2. tracker feeds (e.g. tracker/book/feed)

...in case anyone is itching to code updates :P
