[drupal-docs] [drupal-devel] XML-RPC docs

I keep hoping that someone on the doc team would write a "how to" for the
XML connection.
Bolger has the best filter to remove Words XP inline style sheets and junk.
Not a bad spell checker either. Would be great if I could just post the
clean doc to Drupal.

The text that goes with the skeleton sounds negative and does not any value.
It is just a rant.  Please substitute the rant with useful information.

Why is your example/skeleton any better than other examples?  It could do
with additional comments IMO.

Also, the better approach is to update the PHPDoc code in the code.
