Kieran, I can help with this.   Would you like a tar.gz (or .zip)
file with one HTML file per wiki page?

    I'm a couple of days away from import/export of HTML
from book.module.  Hopefully we'll be able to import
your edited text with these tools.  Otherwise, we can
probably script the updates to Drupal.org.
