Most Windows users will already have accepted that agreement, whether they know it or not. But I see your point. Not everyone uses Windows.

Maybe we should ask the question: "How tough could it be to write our own method of making animated tutorials?"
I mean - you don't need the Action Script of SWF, nor do you need performance that will revolutionize the web. Just something that is sufficient for showing tutorials. What about a module? If we can work out a set of specs that will encompass all the requirements of our tutorials, I am sure a willing developer could write a decent module to do this (I am building castles in the sky now, I know, but just hypothesizing).
At work here we use a product called Camtasia (www.techsmith.com) to make tutorials. While it works well for us, it also has a EULA to accept and a codec to download, so is there any other solution than writing your own?
Excuse if my comments sounds like blabber. They are not well thought through, but often that is good to spark up a dead conversation, even if it entices people to say "you dork!". Hehehe.
