Yes, with autowitch's module you can enter as many tags as you like. A 
limitation is that they must be single words only, i.e. "single" 
"words" "only" (just like del.icio.us, only case insensitive). The new 
free tagging approach (by Morbus Iff and others) lets you enter phrases 
surrounded in quotes (more like flickr), i.e. "many words together". 
The other big advantage of the free tagging approach is that it builds 
directly on the existing taxonomy system. This lets you interchangeably 
mix folksonomy (community post-defined) and taxonomy (expert 
pre-defined) until you achieve the right balance for your community. 
Subtle, but very, very powerful... assuming the usability is good ;)
