[drupal-docs] supplying version number for handbook pages

Previously, we discussed how best to tag handbook pages with the Drupal
version number. I had thought that the best method would be to include
text in the body of the page at the top so that the information would be
available in printer-friendly versions and any import/export of handbook
pages. But I'm no longer convinced that is true given

* there seemed to be no interest at arriving at a standard for this
implementation (I previously posted suggestions for feedback).

* the handbook is growing at a fantastic rate. anyone who is following
the handbook updates pages wil have noticed that new pages are being
added at rate of at least a page a day, sometimes several.

So in order to make sure that the version information can be provided as
easily as possible, i believe that tagging is going to be our best solution.

For tagging, how about: Drupal 4.6, Drupal 4.7, etc.

Any suggestions?
