[documentation] Booklet german version

I tried to edit the english booklet from cvs within Acrobat. Now I can 
see, it is not that simple as I thought before. I believe, the original 
InDesign file is needed to translate the booklet.

Does anybody know, who made the nice booklet?
I would spend the time in just translating or either doing it in 
InDesign. Therefore I would need the orig file.
