[documentation] Drupal core admin/help in handbook updated to 4.7

I added in a couple of links to example handbook pages in the initial 
instructions:

"Create a path description using the following rules (take a look at the 
source code for some examples such as the aggregator and search module 
pages):"

Still, someone other than you and I need to review this since it ought 
to make sense to us :)
