Why not make this a top level page in the "Configuration and customization"
handbook rather than creating a whole new one? Just curious as to why this
would not work.

Also, could "PHP Code Snippets" be a better title (regardless of location).
"Code Forge" sounds good (very SourceForge like), but will it be immediately
apparent to people what it is?
