[documentation] snippets book

I understand where Charlie is coming from with people not knowing what Source Forge (Code Forge) is, but it should not be too bad if this is documented properly. Code Forge would at the least sound interesting for anyone who do not know, if they have a mysterious mind. ("Is this like a secret code, or something?").

I think this is good as is - let's just document it properly! :-)

I really like this top level thing and prefer the title. Ill let this rest a 
little more to let others comment on it, then Ill get this sorted out.
