How about only diaplying the first part? 'It appears your host is not
configured correctly for Clean URLs.'
And have a message in the watchdog telling that Joe User should
verify .htaccess is right and the host is configured correctly...

'Your settings are not saved because the form does contain errors
which should be fixed first.'
Maybe we can also fix/improve the rather unsubscriptive values of our
submit buttons. A simple 'Submit' is IMO not as good as 'Submit $node-
>type', and 'Preview $node->type', or a 'Delete' button should say
'Delete menu item', or 'Delete $node->type'.
The way it currently is, is not bad but leaves enough room to improve
it AND make drupal even better and easier to use..
Maybe the documentation team can also have a look at this?
