You're welcome to continue using http://dev.bryght.com (the Trac- 
powered wiki + SVN). Adrian has some good feedback on this that will  
hopefully make it into a write up at some point, from a programming  
point of view. That wiki does not handle outlines at all though,  
which makes it kind of suck.

And, there is also http://wiki.bryght.com -- don't even need an  
account, uses TinyMCE for nice editing. I can give people book  
permissions to add things to outlines.

The big thing is that on Drupal.org, there is the whole moderation  
queue thing, unless you are a site maintainer.
