[drupal-docs] guidelines on paths for boopages please.

I see quite some path aliases are in place in teh handbooks,which is good. 
What is bad, is that they are used randomly. 
 http://drupal.org/phptemplate
 http://drupal.org/handbook/drupal/gallery

and so on 

I propose a standard: 
 http://drupal.org/handbook/parent1/parent2/etc

So when the breadcrumb is:
 About Drupal » Is Drupal right for you?
 and the page is titled "Gallery"

The path should be:
 handbook/about_drupal/is_drupal_right_for_you/gallery

I am not saying that we must go back and fix all paths, fro tah tis near 
impossible. But that we should should put these guidelines up, and fix pages 
as we go along.
