[drupal-docs] guidelines on paths for boopages please.

+ 1 for good url aliases for all pages.

However, that standard is based on the current structure of the book. If 
we move the pages for any reason (e.g., I can see us reworking the about 
section), then the a standard based on structure will be less useful and 
perhaps even confusing.
