I think we can  generate a new patch in the next 4 days.  Reuben has  
stepped forward to review the administration help for core modules.   
I would be good if other members of the documentation team could step  
forward to do a quick read of the 60 or so paragraphs.

I have a bunch of scripts that I will run to generate the code and  
insert variables this weekend.  If I don't get it done let's check in  
the existing patch.  I'd rather hold off telling the translators to  
start translating until the second patch is in.  There is a lot to  
still be reviewed.
