[drupal-docs] [drupal-devel] [task] Admin help in core modules

I'm waiting for a/either patch to hit core so that I can start reviewing
core module admin/help documentation for 4.7. Is there any reason why
these additions can't wait until a 4.7 patch? We are going to have to
review all that documentation again. Seems like some duplicate review
work of what's in the handbook, extra work for you in terms of patch
rolling, and extra work for those that need to review the patch that may
have no real benefit at this time. Am I missing something?
I also suspect that translators will want to wait until the 4.7 updates
have been introduced since the patch you are proposing will not make the
admin/help stable for 4.7 (it's 4.6 documentation). Anything that
expedites the 4.7 updates is likely to benefit them (and others) more.
