[documentation] modules classification.

Three things, real quick.

1. AFAIK, Modules "phoning home" is an opt-in feature of the Drupal module now
in 4.7 that Nedjo worked on. These statistics will be used to later develop
installer profiles once the Drupal installer gets in.

2. The module categorization for the most part was done during Kieran's
Usability presentation at the OSCMS conference in Vancouver, where a group of
about 10 people did a "card sort" of all the modules in the list. This sort was
imperfect because a) not all participants had laptops to look up what modules
actually were (thus you had things like "Signup" in the "Authentication and
Security" category, and b) we had about 20 minutes to do it, and there are like
300 modules or something crazy. :P The logic was, we'll get some kind of
structure in place that's "close enough" and then tweak it later. So far I think
the upper-level categories are fairly okay, though obviously there will be room
for improvement. I agree fully about having a "settling in" period before we go
and blow everything up again. ;)

3. If you see any modules that are horribly out of place, please fix them if
you're able and post a note @ http://drupal.org/node/56191 or just post a note @

Site admins: Please note that if you fix this yourself, **MAKE SURE that you
select the "Modules" category in addition to whatever other category/ies
apply**. Looks like this wasn't done on certain modules (such as Video) and has
caused all kinds of problems with modules not showing up in the modules list,
orphaned issues, etc. (see: http://drupal.org/node/56454).
