A settling time is indeed a very good idea.

Should we then not create multiple vocs?
The curent interface is a multiselect. which, in UI land means, that you *May*
select certain options!
voc1:
* themes
* modules
* theme-engines
* ???
voc2:
-authentication
....
- security
...
- Pure CSS
voc2 would contain a flat-ish mix of all the cat.s for themes, modules and so
on.
