[documentation] adding a taxonomy term on drupal.org due to the 4.7 branch

Now that 4.7 has been branched, we need to add a new taxonomy term for 
use when creating forum posts and book pages. Should it be

Drupal 4.8/CVS

or

Drupal CVS

The reason I suggest the former is because there may be some modules 
which are CVS, yet designed still for 4.7 (isn't this right?). Regular 
users may tag them with Drupal CVS when it will help everyone assisting 
them if they were tagged 4.7. And we can change Drupal 4.8/CVS to Drupal 
4.8 once we get close to code freeze again.

Does this make sense? Or is there a better designation? Any better way 
to label this?
