well, gosh........
That works too.  And centralizes it.  hmmm.....
That simplifies things for me as well.
 
I'm all for reducing duplication of content and trying to help develop/set expectations.
 
So, it looks like maybe a retargetting of the hitchhikers guide may be in order.

Actually I was more just thinking that instead of creating a new page -
slap /contribute in the handbook in the appropriate place. (as well as
keeping it up in the top) - reducing the duplication of content.
