[documentation] Drupal.org: clarifying the Cron alias'

I suggest the following changes to the web address alias of the Cron page:


http://drupal.org/handbook/modules/system   ...(the main Cron page) should
become 'drupal.org/cron', and...

http://drupal.org/cron   ...should become 'drupal.org/configuring_cron_linux'
and...

http://drupal.org/node/31506    ...should become '
drupal.org/configuring_cron_windows'

with the book TOC (at /cron) also adjusted accordingly. Or something like
that.

In the installation document(s) I am writing (for shell/phpmyadmin), I am
x-referenced to drupal.org/cron, fyi.
