[documentation] Drupal.org: clarifying the Cron alias'

Two suggestions:

* File this as a documentation issue since it is a maintenance task for 
the handbook.

* Find out if handbook/modules/system is already being linked to by 
other drupal.org handbook pages. If so, it's not just a matter of 
changing the alias, but we also need to update the links in those pages.
