[documentation] cross-post to list: Conditional text

As it seems several docs might best be split into a series of smaller texts,
I thought it might be a good time to do as much as I can towards making a
'conditional text' module happen, (which isn't very much). But I did manage
to write a semi-functional spec. for such a module, and how it might be
implemented at: http://drupal.org/node/47208.

As this feature seems very relevant to the Drupal doc community, I'm making
that forum posting known here.
