So people don't like that page ;)

One other idea, if you visit the issue submission page [1] it
recommends that you search, but it doesn't give any guidelines to
filling out the form.  I'd like to have at least one of these pages
linked from the bug submission page.  If a couple people read it and
submit better reports I know that I would be happier :)
