[documentation] multi site docs

Thanks for taking this on, Anisa. Boris already made the comment I  
would have. FWIW, we're developing three different multisites now,  
one that could quite possibly scale to be very large (scores of  
subsites). When we're further along, I'll throw in my two bits based  
on fresh experience.
