Anisa made this off-hand comment in the thread about multisite docs,
but I felt this was worthy of some further discussion.

One challenge we face with the handbooks is that they look like every
other part of the site, with the same formatting limitations. With
some pre-defined divs and spans, though, for handbooks we could have
some nice ways to break out and highlight content. A "tip box" or
breakout box, with a differentiating color background, maybe a nifty
CSS graphic handling, could be a very nice way to piece out highlight
items for (a) long pages of instructions, (b) marketing-oriented
pages, (c) anything that can be tricky to grasp.

I submit two possible implementations for consideration:

1/ A highlight box, yellow (gradient?) background, for interesting or
notable content to highlight.

2/ An important note box, light-red background or perhaps red text,
red borders, for essential important info, such as "Note: This widget
will not work with foo, only with bar. Be sure to confirm your server
settings before implementing this widget!"

Both types could be set at fixed width of, say, 200px and
float:right. This would take some CSS editing, and would have to work
with whatever d.o theme we might have for 5.0. What think you all?
