[documentation] Reminder: String Freeze @ RC 1

Thank you for the helpful reminder, Angie. 

I've submitted a patch for the text in the system module:
http://drupal.org/node/163246. It now needs a "string freeze" label.

Also relevant is my text (in this mailing list) "Fixes in the English for
Drupal 6 core"
(http://lists.drupal.org/pipermail/documentation/2007-August/005680.html),
to which no one has posted a response. 

If you look at my user page, you'll also see several issues posted for 4.7
that never seemed to get much further.

I'm not complaining. I just see a need to develop a better way for dealing
with issues pertaining to the text in core.
