[documentation] Where should this article be filed?

Hello,

I just wrote an article at http://drupal.org/node/108355 for using  
IRC, and I'm not sure where this should be filed.  I currently have  
it under Installation and Configuration, but don't think this really  
belongs there.  I'm not that familiar with how the documentation is  
structured, so I thought I'd ask the people that deal with docs more  
than me.  Let me know where this article should be filed.  Thanks.
