[documentation] Handbook pages for core modules -- 5.0

[O Govinda]

The handbook pages for all the core modules need revision because with 5.0
the paths for carrying out tasks have all changed. (For example, what might
have been "administer >> menus" is now "administer >> site building >>
menus.) 

First question, how do we go about making revised versions of these pages
for 5.0? And what do we do with the versions of those pages for 4.7?
