[documentation] Handbook pages for core modules -- 5.0

Traditionally we updated the content for the most current version.  In
the past UI change has not been that significant.  

Issues with massive changes are the links.  Help links in the download
link to those core module pages.

So, we can update the content to 5.0 only.  
We can copy the content and make a 4.7 subpage and update the main link
for 5.0
We can doc both 4.7 and 5.0 and not worry about anything older.
