[documentation] Feedback requested: some proposed handbook edits

As sepeck said, the end user guide is not meant for end users. As served, that is. It's supposed to be a basic document for developers to install on their own sites and then customize.
What would be cool, however, and I've thought of this before, is to have a downloadable PDF for budding Drupalists and new site owners that explains the Drupal concepts in less than two pages.
We have the gloriously cool Drupal Cookbook, and excerps from that combined with a page from the end user guide would serve quite well.
The only thing I haven't worked out yet is how to manufacture that document automatically.
