Sorry, I must not have been clear.  Click on the link, and you'll be taken
to my wiki, where you will see that I fixed the problems I raised.  The 
table
of contents on my wiki is slow to load, so as you check out my changes,
you may want to keep the TOC open in its own tab/window.

I'm requesting feedback on my proposed changes.
