[documentation] Help cleaning up comments

Hi,

I have a suggestion that might help improve the cleaning up comments process.
I've recently installed the "view_bookmarks" module on my site and found it
quite handy. With the module you can set up custom flags which you can then
assign to node types. On each node type that it is enabled for users, with
the appropriate permission, can enable or disable the flag on the node. A
views page for each flag type is also provided.

I think this might be a better way of flagging pages whose comments should be
deleted. For example we could set up a "mark comments for deletion" flag or
something similar. Then Addi or other site maintainers can just look at the
associated view to see which ones need to be deleted. This would reduce the
number of "delete comment" tasks that exist in the Documentation issues list and
could speed up the cleaning up process for all the doc maintainers out there
- for example you wouldn't have to open an issue for each page you've modified
or keep a list of all the modified pages which you'd then submit in the one
issue.

However, it does depend on a 3rd party module, so you may not want to do this,
but I just thought I'd put the idea out there and see what people thought.

Cheers,
Stella
