[documentation] Help cleaning up comments

Thanks for the idea.
At this time there is no plans to implement views module on Drupal.org. It
is a fine module but the infrastructure resources are all working on plans
for improving performance and getting their stuff in and reviewed for Drupal
6.
So it's more a time and where to direct available resources type thing than
anything else.
