[documentation] js & jQuery mavens help with docs please

Hello everyone, I'm pulling the d6 theming docs together and I need  
someone who know how jQuery fits into Drupal. I know some of it but  
not enough.

Look over this page http://drupal.org/node/171213 and fill in all the  
details a *themer* should be aware of. Dimitrig got a good start so  
I'm just looking for any gaps on the info before tidying it up.

Using plain english would help. If it's too technical, then just fill  
it in anyway and I'll my best attempt at making it easier to digest.
