[documentation] Adding a note to comments form on handbook pages

I really like the idea you propose.

Technically, it could be done in the drupalorg module -
http://drupal.org/project/drupalorg  a simple drupal_set_message or
form_alter so it's no big deal from a technical standpoint.

How about adding "incorporated into the page by the documentation team
and will then be deleted.  If you want to join the team, please
apply(http://drupal.org/node/24572) ."

And while I suggested adding something, I agree that it's probably too
long.  Oh well ;)
