I feel that we should keep the relevant docs discussion on this email  
list, for if we don't, we're running the risk that stuff will get  
discussed and ratified without ever having made it into the issue queue.

That is a beast we should all be fearful of, cause the <glance at  
sepeck>wiki-style</glance> editing of handbook pages only works if we  
have concrete evidence of who's doing what to where. I know my limits,  
and keeping up with IRC, Teh Q, and this email list is already taxing  
enough.

I'm not saying "no, don't do it!". I'm saying that if people do, I  
won't be able to participate simply due to Time vs. Information  
constraints.
