[documentation] Browser stats in the handbook

Hm, that I don't know. I think any stats are pretty unreliable since  
different sites will get different stats. The W3C stats are taken from  
their server logs so of course that is going to be skewed to the "web- 
savvy" side. I've not ever researched the bigger picture so I'm not  
sure if there is a "definite" or best source.

IE6 usage on my personal site is only 6%. ;-)
