[documentation] Browser stats in the handbook

I will cast my vote with the "Why on earth is this in the handbook?  
Let's just take it out" team.

Failing that, just provide a link to w3schools and let it go. Why  
commit ourselves to constantly copying updated numbers from various  
online sources? Particularly when the numbers aren't particularly  
relevant and may not be particularly accurate?
